Step 1: Free home visit & consultation
Every installation begins with a free home visit. This allows me to assess your space properly, rather than making assumptions based on measurements or photos alone.
During this visit, I'll:

Step 2: Quotation and preparation planning
Once we’ve agreed on the right flooring, I’ll provide a clear quotation covering materials, preparation and fitting. If subfloor preparation is required, this will be explained upfront so there are no surprises later.

Step 3: Professional installation

Step 4: Finishing touches & handover
Once your flooring is fitted, I focus on the details that complete the job properly. Edges, transitions, and doorways are finished neatly, and the space is left clean and ready to use. I take time to check the final result, making sure everything looks right and performs as it should.
Before I leave, I’ll walk you through the finished flooring, explain any aftercare or settling guidance, and answer any questions you may have. My aim is to hand over a floor that not only looks great on day one but continues to perform well long term.
